Volt is hiring for Quality Inspectors for a company located in BREA, CA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Quality Inspector you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tCarries out and coordinates all inspection and test requirements as outlined in the Quality Procedure Manual and contract requirements including compliance with the requirements of AS 9100.\r\n\tMaintains relevant updated specification, standard and quality systems documents.\r\n\tPerforms assigned tests on materials and parts, product in process, and finished product.\r\n\tInspects visually for obvious defects.\r\n\tCompares results with drawing and specification requirements.\r\n\tReports problems with inspection and test results to Quality Supervisor.\r\n\tIdentifies defectives and segregates from acceptable product.\r\n\tNotifies Quality Supervisor and Quality Engineer when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.\r\n\tRecords results on inspection forms or charts and report number of defects found\r\n\tMakes recommendation on disposition of suspect/defective product to Quality Supervisor.\r\n\tSupports the quality record retention requirements by assisting with filing and maintenance of Quality Records.\r\n\tOther duties as assigned.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day plus OVERTIME on Saturdays

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience working in Aerospace\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: 5am to 130pm plus overtime

\r\n\r\n

Days: Monday-Friday + Overtime Saturday

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $27-$32 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
