Quality Inspector Cosmo Cabinets is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our production team in the Eatonton, GA facility. Cosmo Cabinets manufactures European-style kitchen cabinets servicing multi-family apartments, senior housing, and student housing markets. As a Quality Inspector, you will measure, inspect and scrutinize raw materials and finished goods to ensure that they meet our quality standards and are ready for shipment to our valued customers. Main Responsibilities: + Measure, follow and process quality inspection procedures. + Visually compare workpieces and assess/detect manufacturing variations in processes. + Audit and report daily quality issues to production management or maintenance team. + Follow-up on reports to production management to ensure that quality issues have been resolved. + Approved finished product on the production line prior to boxing for shipment to customer. + Assist and train assemblers and operators on acceptable quality standards. Qualifications : + 1–2 years experience as a Quality Inspector + Experience in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing industry will be a huge plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication + Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization + Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 60lbs, stand and walk for long periods of time, work in noisy environment, and bend, stretch, squat, move and stage parts to machining areas.
