Position: Quality Inspector

Location: Anaheim, CA

Salary: $28.00-$35.00/Hr.

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Shift Options:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMonday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM\r\n\tMonday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM\r\n\r\n\r\n

What We're Looking For:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tExperience with PC-DMIS\r\n\tWork experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry\r\n\tExperience working with various metals\r\n\t5+ years of experience in a Precision Machine Shop as a Quality Inspector\r\n\tMust pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screening\r\n\tU.S. Citizen or equivalent, in compliance with ITARS regulations.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAudit Excellence: Participate in customer and AS Registrar quality audits; conduct internal and supplier audits.\r\n\tCorrective Action: Respond to customer corrective action requests, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.\r\n\tCertification Review: Review and verify certifications for purchased supplies and materials.\r\n\tQuality Compliance: Ensure company orders and manufacturing plans comply with quality clauses.\r\n\tPrecision Inspections: Use CMM and PC-DMIS software to perform mechanical inspections of machined parts.\r\n\tTool Mastery: Utilize calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators, and more for mechanical inspections.\r\n\tDaily Quality Checks: Conduct in-process, first article, and final inspections of precision machined parts.\r\n\tDocumentation Pro: Prepare First Article AS9102 reports and maintain tool and gauge calibration records.\r\n\tRegulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with all customer, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.\r\n\tDetailed Reporting: Accurately document physical part measurements and showcase your attention to detail.\r\n\r\n\r\n
