**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** As a quality technician, you will ensure the supply quality of products complies with company standards in a DC environment. You will work with the operations team to maintain quality control disposition procedures, practices, and standard evaluation methods that ensure supplier quality and integrity. Your responsibilities will include utilizing product documentation and hand measurement instruments to analyze and determine product conformance to acceptable standards, identifying root causes of product/process non-conformance to specifications, and leading containment and corrective action activities on a day-to-day basis. **Hard Skills** + Utilize product documentation + Use hand measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, fixtures) + Identify root causes of non-conformance + Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas + Manage supplier quality issues + Prepare product returns for shipment + Data entry **Soft Skills** + Problem-solving + Attention to detail + Communication + Collaboration + Ownership of tasks **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Brownsburg, Indiana. **Work Environment** You will work mostly individually and then communicate your findings with your partners.
