Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description This position is responsible for making sure the product meets the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role inspects raw and finished products, and works with production teams to maintain the company's high standard of quality and food safety. Hard Skills + Perform visual and physical inspections of raw materials and packaging to meet company quality specifications. + Inspect and verify cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment to comply with food safety standards. + Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards. + Conduct inspections to ensure there are no packaging and code defects. + Record inspection results, product non-conformities, and corrective actions in quality management systems. + Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and audits for traceability and compliance. + Ensure that all products and processes meet industry standards, including HACCP, GMP, USDA, FDA, and any local regulatory guidelines and customer expectations. Soft Skills + Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address and resolve quality issues quickly. + Keep in constant communication with Filler Operators. Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Hyattstown, Maryland. Work Environment Dairy Manufacturing plant; Will be cold.
