Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector with expertise in GD&T, QC experience, and basic math skills.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of GD&T

Minimum 5 years of QC experience

Basic math skills including Algebra and Geometry

Experience with inspection tools (Calipers, Micrometer, scales, etc.)

Ability to differentiate colors using samples/color chips

Understanding of mechanical inspection principles

Proficiency in reading prints/drawings (revision level, print/part number, tolerance block)

Familiarity with Metrology

Knowledge of CAPA and SCARs processes

Basic computer skills including spreadsheet creation and formula usage

Preferred Skills:

Experience using MiniTab for statistical analysis

Job Responsibilities:

Perform inspections ensuring compliance with quality standards

Utilize various measurement tools for accurate assessments

Analyze prints and drawings to extract necessary information for inspections

Conduct statistical analysis as needed using MiniTab

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
