We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector in Hamilton, Ohio. In this diversified role, you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of our products, including electrical work, incoming and outgoing inspections, and in-process checks. Adhering to PCX’s safety and quality policies is essential. Secondary responsibilities will include quality documentation, assisting with engineering activities, and contributing to our safety team.

What Matters Most: Competitive pay range from $17 – $19 an hourContract to Hire opportunity with growth access and client benefits8am – 4pm Monday – FridayYour New Role:As a quality inspector you will pay a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and contribute to continuous improvement. What You Need:Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum.Safety Standards Knowledge: Ability to interpret industrial safety standards.Technical Skills: Proficient in using test equipment, computers, and MS software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).Adaptability: Willingness to work in various environments and schedules, including overtime.Visual Acuity: Adequate visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).Independence: Ability to work unsupervised.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to Detail: Good organizational skills and accuracy in work.Your New Organization:Enjoy competitive compensation, health, vision, and dental insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan.
