**Quality Inspector:** Responsible for performing basic and routine electronic and mechanical assembly operation on components, printed circuit boards, and subassemblies along with installing and assisting with testing unmanned ground vehicle systems in various vehicles at Micro Systems or customer facilities. Apply appropriate processes, procedures, safety measures and tools to support ground vehicle system assembly and installation. **Description:** + Will be required to inspect out sourced circuit card assemblies and cables visually + Conduct and provide guidance on performing mechanical and electrical inspections + Construct files for maintenance of quality data + Conduct and document process audits + Correct identified discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis + Recommend corrective and preventative actions for identified discrepancies + Identify packaging, preservation, and shipping processes to assure compliance to contractual requirements + Assist in performing process and procedure analysis + Assist in implementing self-inspection program + Perform documentation duties with the use of a computer, maintaining a paperless manufacturing environment **Skills:** + Work instruction + Quality assurance + Auditing + Data entry + Computer skills + Ipc 610, Ipc 620, + Inspection of parts + Use of calipers and micrometer + Visual production and inspection **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
