Quality Inspector
**Quality Inspector** **Responsibilities** + Quality Control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, and training. + Inspect product per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing & Test Procedures. + Generate Non-Confirming Material Reports (NCMR’s). + Conduct internal audits upon direction (i.e. calibration, pest controls, etc.). + Utilize ERP (AX). + Participate in external audits advocating the company (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory). **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Quality inspection + Calipers + Micrometer + Medical device + Quality control + Final inspection + 1 or more years of Inspection experience in a medical device environment + Experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner) + Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read, understand and interpret various prints, manufacturing & test procedures + Good mathematical ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges + Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors + Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience + Understanding the importance of quality and its functions + High school degree or GED **Why Work Here?** Enjoy room for growth, good benefits, and company lunches a couple of times a year. **Work Environment** Medical device manufacturing cleanroom environment. 1st shift: Hours are 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
