**Job Title: Quality Inspector $24-$30** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector responsible for inspecting machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and a CMM (Mitutoyo) according to blueprint specifications. The role involves testing assembled products, creating inspection check sheets, and generating rework orders. Over time, this position offers the opportunity to move into a leadership role and train other employees. **Responsibilities** + Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and a CMM (Mitutoyo) per blueprint specifications. + Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met. + Create inspection check sheets and generate rework orders. + Adhere to ISO 9001 standards in quality assurance processes. + Collaborate with a team of quality inspectors and the quality manager. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality inspector/quality assurance in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and operating a CMM. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001 standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-year technical degree (e.g., machine tool) is preferred. + Set-up and/or programming experience with a CMM. + Previous leadership experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a path to leadership, providing opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
