Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector experienced in ISO/AS9100 facilities and machine-shop environments to inspect machined components, verify calibration, and support quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with CMM

3-5 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing

Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques for cylindrical components

Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and GD&T

Experience using analog gages

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NDT, specifically Mag. Particle

Responsibilities:

Inspect machined components utilizing general manufacturing inspection tools (e.g., CMM, Micrometer, Height Gauges, Caliper, bore gage)

Verify calibration of inspection equipment

Inspect final components to customer drawings, specifications, and procedures

Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components

Support quality assurance activities such as internal and external audits
