Quality Inspector

Summary:
Quality Inspector responsible for dimensional inspection tasks and documentation to ensure quality assurance across all stages of manufacturing.

Job Requirements:

Experience using inspection tools, including micrometers, OD micrometers, calipers, and profilometers. Knowledge of quality assurance processes for incoming materials, in-process inspections, and final inspections of machined components. Proficiency in thorough documentation and record keeping of inspection results. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Experience with ISO quality standards and procedures. Background in machining or manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional inspection tasks on materials and machined components using various precision tools. Document and maintain accurate records of all inspection tasks and findings. Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished components. Support manufacturing operations with assigned tasks to maintain quality standards.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour
