Our client, a leading plastic manufacturer is looking for a Quality Inspector - Packer. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields. Responsibilities for this position will include packaging while visually inspecting products for defects and labeling products as they are produced.

The Day-to-Day:

Perform hourly inspection of the product – looking for short shots, flash, grease, color variation, voids flow lines, etc.Perform any functional and/or fit visual inspections of the productLabel usage and accountabilityRecord all scrap and in-process inspectionGeneral housekeeping around assigned work areaAny/all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaPrevious experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$16.50 /hr12-hour shift7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
