Job Description
Our company designs, manufactures, and powder coats metal fuel tanks, skids, frames, trailers, and other related products. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.
ResponsibilitiesCheck for leaks in tanks using 'bubble checkers'Spray tanks to test for bubbles or leaksDocument findings using an application (requires proficiency with electronics)Perform physical tasks such as walking, crawling on top of and inside tanks for quality checksConduct visual inspections without precision measuring toolsFill out sign-off sheetsLift up to 50 lbs as necessaryEssential Skills6 months to 1 year of manufacturing quality experienceExperience in quality control and quality inspectionProficiency with inspection tools like calipers and micrometersStrong visual inspection and quality assurance skillsGood job tenureAdditional Skills & QualificationsGood attendance and work ethicTeam player mentalityWillingness to help out in other departments when neededWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
We offer three shifts to accommodate different schedules: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm), 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm), and 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 10pm-6am). A $3 shift premium is available for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Base pay of $19/hr

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
