As a Quality Inspector, you will be the focal point for all QA/QC assessment for our Flexible Pipe Systems business. Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and providing corrective actions. Supporting QMS system by creating, editing and reviewing documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards.

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for:

·        Inspecting incoming products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.

·        Keeping measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and calling for repairs.

·        Seeking to resolve issues and escalating to the Quality and Project teams where required.

·        Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.

·        Managing the gage/test machine calibration.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·        Have a college diploma, majoring in science or engineering.

·        Have 3 years’ experience in a Quality or coordination role.

·        Be able to read drawings and have basic inspection procedures knowledge.

·        Be familiarity with measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, etc.

·        Have sound oral and written communication skills.

·        Have the ability to work independently and good problem solving skills.
