Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly work and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality standards are met in our production processes.
Pay Rate
$23/hour
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble products.Use fine tools and hand tools, such as micrometers, calipers, and mechanical torque wrenches.Perform assembly tasks with precision, ensuring quality over quantity.Work at the start of the process, preparing products for the next stages of assembly.Essential SkillsPrevious experience as an Assembler.Ability to read and comprehend schematics.Proficiency in using fine tools and hand tools.Ability to use power tools such as micrometers and calipers.Comfortable using a mechanical torque wrench.Ability to use hands for long periods of time.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical and electrical assembly.Skills in soldering, wiring, and using microscopes.Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility offers a very clean and organized work environment. Employees are required to wear steel-toe boots and work pants, and dress in layers during fall and winter months. The shift is from Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm. Our work focuses on the assembly of auxiliary power converters and on-board systems for railway cars.
