If you’re passionate about making a real impact on production integrity and quality, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct thorough inspections of machined metal parts and incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications. + Perform First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and assist with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). + Review mechanical and electrical components to verify compliance with specifications and purchase orders. + Inspect finished goods to confirm they meet quality standards and specifications. + Ensure that all critical documents are accurate, compliant, and properly maintained. + Create Material Review Reports (MRR) when needed. + Inspect welded components, soldering, and installations to ensure adherence to required standards. + Review data and documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies. + Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting. + Measure components using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical comparators. **Essential Skills & Qualifications:** + Proven experience in quality control, inspection, and quality assurance processes. + Proficiency with measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMMs. + Strong ability to read blueprints and apply visual inspection techniques. + Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing data, documentation, and conducting inspections. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + IP 610 Certification required. + Associate’s degree or at least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read and interpret electrical assembly diagrams and mechanical drawings. + Experience inspecting soldered installations (IPC-A-610) and welded components (AWS D17.1) is a plus. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). + Previous inspection experience is a plus but not required. + Ability to support aerospace activities as needed. **Why Join Us?** At our company, we value growth, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
