Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming products and components, ensuring they meet specifications through both visual and measurement tests. You will utilize a range of inspection tools, including microscopes, calipers, CMMs, and other visual inspection devices such as X-ray equipment. Additionally, you will capture and document inspection data using our required systems. If you have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Inspect incoming products and components, verifying they meet specifications.Conduct visual and measurement tests using precision tools (microscopes, calipers, CMM, etc.).Perform inspections of electronic assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.Operate visual inspection devices, including X-ray equipment, as required.Accurately capture and register inspection data within the necessary systems.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.Strong experience with visual inspection and electronic testing.Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, and IPC-WHMA-A-620.Experience working with electronic assemblies, including SMT and thru-hole operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-year experience in electronic assembly or a related field.Previous experience in inspection or rework is a plus.Working knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 (Rework, Modification, and Repair of Electronic Assemblies) is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
