Quality Inspector
Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of electronics inspections, including checks, testing, and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes. Responsibilities + Conduct inspections on electronic products and components. + Perform testing and sampling procedures for manufacturing processes. + Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality assurance guidelines. + Utilize hand tools such as calibrators, hectometers, gauges, and microscopes. + Perform inspections using KEYENCE equipment. + Interpret and work with blueprints to ensure product quality. + Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues. Essential Skills + Experience in the electronics industry. + Experience with metalwork quality and incoming inspections. + Familiarity with blueprints. + Proficiency in using hand tools like calibrators, hectometers, gauges, and microscopes. + Experience with KEYENCE inspection equipment. + 2-3 years of professional experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, and quality control. + Knowledge of microscopes, multimeters, oscilloscopes, x-ray, soldering, ICT, calipers, and gauges. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in AS9100 environment (nice to have). + IPC certifications (nice to have). + Understanding of raw materials and manufacturing standards. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite with working hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
