Quality Inspector

Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections of machined and sheet metal parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in machining and/or sheet metal industry Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and standards Knowledge of inspection equipment setup and calibration Understanding of geometric tolerance and verification methods Strong statistical and numerical ability

Preferred Skills:

Related technical Associate's degree

Responsibilities:

Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections visually and mechanically Verify completion of returned parts Identify quality issues during the shift Collaborate on verification/validation protocols with design engineers and technicians Assist in developing inspection processes and equipment when needed Ensure calibration and repair of inspection equipment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
