Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will also conduct critical quality checks and measurements to ensure that products meet high standards before shipment. If you have experience in forklift operation and an eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Laborer, you will read warehouse layouts and blueprints, use measuring tools like tape measures to verify product dimensions, and perform quality inspections. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining organization will be key to ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and product specifications to ensure accurate placement and handling of materials.Perform quality inspections on products before shipment to meet high quality standards.Conduct pre- and post-shipment checks to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.Measure and verify product dimensions using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and quality.Maintain organization and cleanliness of materials and products in the warehouse to maximize operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Use tablets for tracking inventory and orders in real-time.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Forklift operation experience (preferred, but not required).Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and measurements accurately.Experience with blueprints, warehouse layouts, or product specifications is a plus.Ability to read and interpret warehouse layouts and other technical documentation.Basic understanding of quality inspection processes and product specifications.Physically capable of lifting, loading, and unloading products up to 50 lbs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining focus on accuracy and safety.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Soft Skills:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
