Quality Inspector
Aerotek
Candidate will be doing the quality inspecting of medical devices to ensure quality. Candidates will be working within a clean room environment, using tools such as micrometers & calipers, using microscope, doing documentation, and testing of devices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Quality Control of continuous in-line production adherence to labeling, product workmanship, traceability, documentation, training, etc.
+ Inspect products per applicable Engineering Drawings and Manufacturing & Test Procedures.
+ Generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
+ Conduct internal audits upon direction (e.g., calibration, pest controls, etc.).
+ Utilize ERP (AX).
+ Participate in external audits advocating the company (Customer, 3rd party, Regulatory).

+ 1 or more years of inspection experience in a medical device environment, performing in-process and final inspections.
+ Experience using associated measurement devices (microscope, caliper, laser scanner).
+ Good work history
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and related data entry experience.
+ Ability to read, understand, and interpret various prints, manufacturing & test procedures.
+ Good mathematical ability and the ability to compute/count totals, averages, ranges.
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with company personnel and auditors.
+ Understanding the importance of quality and its functions.
+ High school degree or GED.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
