Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector Job Description The Quality Inspector will work under the direction of the Quality Inspector Supervisor in a c-GMP regulated manufacturing environment operating under Q7A standards. Good communication skills are essential as the inspector will interact with operators to address and communicate issues found during inspections. Responsibilities + Uphold all standards of quality assurance compliance. + Ensure GMP checklist and all other procedures are actively followed. + Support good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices in the plant. + Educate employees and document instances based on GMP observations. + Be the point-of-contact for GMP questions and improvements from employees. + Maintain a thorough audit log of GMP improvement opportunities. + Follow through with corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) on GMP program compliance. + Act as a liaison and educator for quality compliance and continuous improvement. + Perform all requested quality tests for equipment and room approval. Essential Skills + Knowledge of theories, principles, and methods of quality assurance programs. + GMP + FDA + Strong communication and collaborative skills. + Ability to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects at once. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. + Ability to respond to rapidly changing demands. Work Environment The Quality Inspector will work as part of a very collaborative team environment. 75% of the time will be spent on the production floor, which includes moving between buildings and navigating stairs (one line is three stories tall). The role requires working in extreme temperature conditions. 3 Month Contract Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
