**Adecco is Hiring: Temp-to-Hire Quality Inspector (1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) $17.00 an hour in Manchester PA** **Essential Functions:** As a Quality Inspector, you will: + Perform visual inspections of materials using magnification aids, rulers, dial calipers, and micrometers, including: + **Wires:** Verify correct material, cut and strip lengths, and markings. + **Terminations:** Ensure correct material, proper crimping, solder dip, etc. + **Connectors:** Confirm correct material, terminal insertion, and assembly. + **Cables, harnesses, and conduit assemblies:** Validate configuration and dimensions per applicable drawings. + **Electrical panels and box assemblies:** Check configuration and dimensions per applicable drawings. + Conduct electrical testing of cables, harnesses, and panel assemblies using a variety of equipment. + Ensure product inspection and testing aligns with customer-supplied drawings, company assembly drawings, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. + Accurately document inspection and test results in written and computerized records. **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED. + 2–3 years of experience in wire harness assembly or inspection. **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
