Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying and approving production runs, completing associated paperwork, performing regular quality checks on products across various production machines, and ensuring that products meet specifications and are ready for release. The role requires adherence to all safety rules and company-established manufacturing and quality methods and processes while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities also include reading computer specifications, verifying lot numbers, quarantining products, and conducting root cause analysis. Quality checks are performed every 60 minutes on the floor.

This position involves working both on the floor to check products and in an office environment for documentation. The role will train on the 1st shift for 2-3 weeks before moving to the 3rd shift. The work environment is climate-controlled. Shift/Hours: 1st shift: M-F 6:00am – 2:30pm (for 2-3 weeks of training); 2nd shift: M-F 2:00pm - 10:30pm (could involve working every other Saturday, but never every Saturday); 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am. There is a $1 shift differential while working on the 3rd shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50/hr.
