**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for the 1st Shift (5am-1:30pm, Monday to Friday) with the flexibility to work overtime if needed. Join the leader in the aerospace industry, specializing in single movement, direct drive pressure gauges, fighter-jet caliber accelerometers, and high pressure/leak-proof precision machined parts. **Responsibilities** + Perform various visual and dimensional inspections (Receiving, In-Process and Final) + Verify quantity of raw materials + Document, track, and communicate test results + Operate machinery to wash and dry parts + Support Manufacturing and Production to meet production targets + Conduct First Article Inspection in accordance with AS 9102 requirements + Maintain professionalism by approaching others in a tactful manner, reacting well under pressure, accepting responsibility for own actions, and following through on commitments **Essential Skills** + Hands-on First Article Inspection + Experience with inspection and quality control + Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and inspection reports + Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel + Experience in aerospace or following AS 9102 requirements **Work Environment** This is an ITAR production environment in a machine shop. The role involves performing visual and dimensional inspection on metal parts, working with various measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
