Pay range: $18.75-$21/hr based on experience **Job Description** As a Quality Inspector, you will work for a contract manufacturer that specializes in the medical and industrial sectors, including satellite internet and switches. With significant growth over the past two years and an additional 40% growth projected for 2025, the company focuses on FDA and ISO 9001 standards. Your role will involve conducting manual and visual inspections across various plant areas, including clean rooms and printing lines. **Responsibilities** + Conduct manual and visual inspections of various products. + Utilize equipment such as micrometers and gauges for quality checks. + Work across different plant areas, including low and high humidity rooms, clean rooms, and mixing areas. + Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO 9001 standards. **Essential Skills** + Experience in quality control and assurance. + Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection techniques. + Basic understanding of math and English measurements. + Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing experience is preferred. + Experience working in clean room settings is a plus. + Strong attitude and willingness to grow. **Work Environment** The company operates a first shift from 7 AM to 3 PM, with variations from 6 AM to 2 PM and 8 AM to 4 PM. The work environment is clean, well-lit, and environmentally controlled, with ongoing capital improvement projects. Some areas are designated as clean rooms. The dress code includes company shirts, sneakers, and no shorts or leggings, with additional requirements for hair and beard nets in certain areas. The facility spans 110,000 sq ft with a planned $2 million investment in new equipment for 2025. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $21.00/hr.
