Quality Inspector
**Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description** As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting various product and quality process inspections, ensuring the highest standards are met. You will document inspection results by completing reports and logs, and inputting data accurately into the quality database. Additionally, you will conduct daily audits of your assigned area, verifying tools for proper torque and calibrations, and ensuring proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed. **Responsibilities** + Conduct various product and quality process inspections. + Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, and correctly inputting data into the quality database. + Conduct daily audits of the assigned area; verifying tools for proper torque and calibrations. + Verify proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures. + Perform visual inspections of electronics, schematics, and blueprints. + Use company camera to capture footage of servers before they go to test and repair teams. + Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting and rework abilities. + Experience with test equipment and hardware testing. + Software installation skills. + Proficiency in visual inspections. + Knowledge of electronics, schematics, and blueprints. + Quality control and quality inspection experience. + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to stand for prolonged periods. + Ability to work on ladders. + Manual dexterity. + Effective teamwork skills. + Ability to communicate and follow verbal and written directions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 6 months of related experience. + Experience in any manufacturing space performing final inspection checks or any quality control experience. + Transferable skills from related fields such as assembly experience, visual inspections of surgical machines, or working with doors at automotive companies. **Why Work Here?** This position offers long-term employment with weekly attendance bonuses. Training is provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role, with initial general training followed by more in-depth, hands-on training. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
