Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to oversee both pre-pack and final pack operations. You will be responsible for inspecting bags, labels, weights, measurements, and the correct assembly of boxes and machined products. The Quality Auditor will set quality standards, collaborate with other areas to ensure these standards are met, and verify elements using visual, functional, and dimensional standards.

ResponsibilitiesInspect operations, including bags, labels, weights, measurements, and box assemblies.Set and maintain quality standards on the shift.Collaborate with other departments to achieve desired quality levels.Verify elements visually, functionally, and dimensionally using our standards.Follow up on non-conforming materials, trace defects, and give dispositions as per procedures.Elaborate daily reports, conduct process audits, and maintain the 5S methodology within the area.Report quality events, coordinate containment actions, participate in problem-solving analyses, and report daily indicators on boards.Participate in training sessions as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in packaging, production, and quality inspection within a manufacturing environment (minimum 3 years).Proficiency in visual inspection and testing equipment.Skills in troubleshooting, quality control, and quality assurance.Competency in inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and email.Ability to conduct quality checks, manage inventory, and handle shipping and receiving tasks.Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform heavy lifting.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.74 - $21.74/hr.
