**Cisco is Seeking an Onsite Quality Inspector!** **Location:** Onsite – Carlsbad, CA **Pay Rate:** $28.50 per hour **Estimated Duration:** March 17, 2025 – July 26, 2025 **Incoming and Outgoing Quality Inspector** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Quality Inspector with at least two years of experience performing Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) inspections on raw materials, including wafers, PCBAs, components, housing, and pull tabs, as well as Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) inspections on completed assemblies and modules. **Responsibilities:** + Read and interpret prints and drawings to determine critical measurements. + Understand procedures and apply accept/reject criteria to inspection results. + Possess a thorough understanding of AQL sampling plans. + Generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and communicate rejection reasons to all levels of the organization. + Use inspection tools such as microscopes, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). + Utilize MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and reporting. + Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to address inspection-related issues. **Qualifications:** + Strong communication skills. + High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred. + IPC certification is a plus. + 2-4 years of experience in a high-tech environment. + Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. + This is an onsite position in California; remote work is not available. **Pay Details:** $28.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
