**HIRING FOR QUALITY INSPECTORS IN THE RAMSEY/ANOKA AREA! Must be open to repetitive tasks.** **Responsibilities** + Inspect and test completed refrigeration units + Review parts to ensure proper assembly + Verify that compressors are hooked up correctly + Check air flow and ensure screws are tightened + Complete documentation daily/hourly with pen and paper + Use paper diagrams and checklists to complete inspections + Retain detailed information and follow processes methodically **Skills & Qualifications** + High attention to detail + Familiarity with blueprints and schematics + Ability to read tape measures and use hand tools/wrenches + Methodical approach to ensure all processes are followed + Reading and writing skills for documentation + 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) + Experience with Helium Spectrometer (preferred) + Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC (preferred) **Why Work Here?** We offer opportunities to train in other areas such as brazing, quality, and function testing.
