Quality Inspector

**Job Title: Quality Inspector pay upto $20/hr**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to inspect and test completed refrigeration units. While refrigeration knowledge is helpful, it is not required. The ideal candidate must have high attention to detail and be familiar with blueprints and schematics. Your primary role will be to inspect parts to ensure proper assembly, verify that compressors are hooked up correctly, ensure correct air flow, check that screws are tightened, and perform other related tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and test completed refrigeration units.
+ Ensure parts are properly assembled.
+ Verify compressors are connected correctly.
+ Check for correct air flow.
+ Ensure screws are tightened appropriately.
+ Perform repetitive tasks using paper diagrams and checklists.
+ Complete documentation daily and hourly using pen and paper.
+ Maintain high attention to detail and retain information accurately.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Reading and writing skills for completing documentation.
+ Ability to read tape measures and use hand tools/wrenches.
+ Methodical approach to ensure all processes are followed without sacrificing quality.
+ Mechanically inclined.
+ Familiarity with electrical components.
+ Experience in quality inspection and control.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
+ Experience with Helium Spectrometer for leak testing (preferred but not required).
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

**Work Environment**
The manufacturing floor is clean, but candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty. Long pants and steel-toed boots are required. Employees must also be willing to clean units before they are shipped.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
