Job Description
This is a Quality Inspector position where you will be responsible for testing gloves to ensure they meet company standards and are free from damage incurred during the manufacturing process.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure manufacturing processes are being followed and products meet company standards.Inspect raw materials through routine inspections and reject all unsuitable materials.Perform a wide variety of tests such as visual inspection, air leak test, and non-destructive testing.Use inspection tools, primarily calipers.Operate machinery to test gloves.Use computer software (Microsoft Excel and Word) to enter and track data.Essential SkillsQuality experience (must have)Experience using calipers (must have)Basic computer skills using Microsoft apps (Excel and Word) (must have)Additional Skills & QualificationsMachine operating (nice to have)Experience in visual inspection, quality inspection, quality check, and productionAbility to perform some heavy lifting, up to 40 lbs.Good attention to detail and organizationExperience with data entryWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The shift for this position is Thursday to Monday from 2pm to 10:30pm. Training will take place on the first shift for two weeks from 8am to 5pm, then move to 10am to 7pm for two weeks before transitioning to the second shift. The environment is temperature-controlled, and you will be required to wear a lab coat while on the manufacturing floor. The floor has a scent that smells like paint. The team is small, consisting of about six people.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
