Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector II with expertise in precision measurement and defect detection for medical components.

Minimum 5 years' experience required

Proficiency in using microscopes, calibers, micrometers, SmartScope, CMM, and comparators

Ability to read blueprints

Competency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Must be a US Person due to ITAR regulations

Responsibilities:

Inspect tiny parts under microscopes for dimensional accuracy and defects

Program and operate SmartScope and other measuring tools

Compare retention samples for visual defects and measure dimensions

Perform roving inspections on machine parts before the next processing stage

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
