As an Inspector Level 3 (FAA) here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of repair and overhaul operations. You will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating the work performed on aircraft components and systems to ensure they meet the required standards. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to safety will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nPerform inspections\nTest parts and raw material\nMonitor and verify quality\nRecommend improvements\nConform to specifications\nRecord observations\nAudit quality control programs\nDevelop specs and procedures\nImprove quality practices\n\n

Shift: Day shift (5:30am – 2:30pm)

FAA Requirements

\n

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan

\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in product inspection or quality controlStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformitiesKnowledge of quality standards and inspection techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

\n\nAssociate's degree in a technical field\nFAA A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Certificate.\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems\nCertification in quality control or inspection\n\n
