Quality Inspector - Level II
**DESCRIPTION** **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:** **Ensure Technical Compliance** : By verifying that products received or produced meet technical specifications, you'll maintain high standards of quality and reliability. **Quality Verification** : You'll play a crucial role in verifying the final quality of products on the production line, ensuring only the best products reach customers. **Defect Identification** : By comparing the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications, you'll identify and address defects early in the process. **Product Segregation** : You'll separate products that do not meet the desired technical specifications, using both basic and complex measurement techniques and equipment to ensure accuracy. **Documentation** : By documenting products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems, you'll provide valuable data for continuous improvement and quality assurance. **Training and Mentorship** : You'll train others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming products, and documentation, fostering a culture of quality and precision. **Adherence to Quality Standards** : By following the norms and standards of quality defined by the company, you'll ensure consistency and compliance across all production processes. **Moderate Supervision** : Working under moderate supervision, you'll demonstrate independence and reliability, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production team.
