Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Inspector who has experience working with steel manufacturers, aerospace, or the automotive industry. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting steel tube products, taking pictures, and compiling detailed reports. This role involves general part inspection, validation reviews of suppliers' procedures, and ensuring compliance with standards.
ResponsibilitiesTake pictures of steel tube products and compile them into formatted Word documents.Inspect parts with a general scope and add detailed notes into inspection reports.Conduct validation reviews of supplier procedures to ensure compliance with standards.Generate daily reports on product inspections and weekly reports on overall progress and compliance.Inspect steel torque tubes and other steel materials at the supplier's warehouse.Essential SkillsExperience in inspection, quality inspection, and quality checks.Proficiency in report generation and part inspection.Ability to perform general inspections and validation verification.Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the steel, aerospace, or automotive industries.Proficient in taking and compiling pictures into formatted reports.Work Environment
This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Quality Inspector will work 8 days a month, specifically 2 days a week (16 hours per week). The role involves working within a warehouse environment, inspecting steel products and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Dress code and additional details about the work environment will be provided upon hiring.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
