Summary: Seeking a Quality Inspector/Technician with expertise in manual and CMM inspection techniques, GD&T, and mechanical assembly skills.

Job Requirements:

Inspection experience with manual tools

Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and other manual inspection equipment

Experience operating CMM (coordinate measuring machines)

Ability to generate data using Romer Arm or Laser Tracker measuring systems

Understanding of GD&T (Global Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Preferred Skills:

Mechanical skills for assembling tooling components

Ability to read complex prints and identify errors or improvements

Job Responsibilities:

Take direction from Tooling/Quality Lead daily

Generate reports based on print tolerances

Interpret inspection data and adjust tooling as necessary

Collaborate with team members for part run-offs through tooling

Provide weekly project status updates
