Job Description

Candidates will be working on the Inventory team helping support all aspects of the incoming and outgoing materials and product. You will work through purchase orders and get appropriate samples ready to be sent out, conduct inventory checks, and label incoming supplies and samples of biological reagents. Additionally, you will take inventory through different floors to the proper lab sites and scientific closets, perform data entry and documentation in the SAP system, and map and check packing lists with actual received items and quantities. Labeling, put aways, and updating locations in SAP are also key tasks.

ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of incoming and outgoing materials and products.Work through purchase orders and prepare samples for dispatch.Conduct inventory checks and label incoming supplies and samples of biological reagents.Transport inventory through different floors to proper lab sites and scientific closets.Perform data entry and documentation in the SAP system.Map and check packing lists against received items and quantities.Label, put away items, and update locations in SAP.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience in inventory management.Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control.Strong documentation and inspection skills.Experience with SAP.Ability to work in a regulated environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Experience working in a regulated environment.Strong computer skills and attention to detail.Comfortable being on your feet for the majority of the day.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
