Manage all quality lab work and lab testing to ensure raw materials, in-process, and finished products meet the correct specifications. Perform laboratory testing as needed, ensure COAs and other quality documentation are completed correctly, and maintain appropriate records. Manage all ISO activities, including ISO audits, external audits, internal audits, and ISO certifications. Oversee timelines, budgets, and technical work within the Quality and Laboratory segments of the business. Manage Quality and Laboratory projects from start to finish.

ResponsibilitiesPerform laboratory testing to ensure compliance with specifications.Ensure COAs and other quality documentation are completed and maintained.Manage all ISO activities including external and internal audits, and ISO certifications.Oversee timelines, budgets, and technical work within Quality and Laboratory segments.Manage Quality and Laboratory projects from initiation to completion.Supervise one quality lab technician and oversee other quality programs.Maintain the quality of chemical products for various industries including Aerospace, Military, Industrial, Construction, Agriculture, Building, Automotive, Pipeline, and Commercial.Work hands-on in the lab 50-75% of the time performing lab work and managing quality systems.Handle paperwork/documentation related to quality systems and ISO components.Work Environment

The Quality Lab operates in a first-shift schedule from Monday through Friday with flexible starting times. The environment fosters a high initiative and creative mindset, providing autonomy to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. The leadership style encourages pushing the envelope and driving results.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
