Quality Lab Technician 2nd shift
Description

Must be comfortable with a computer Demonstrates the ability to proficiently work alone with little to no supervision. Demonstrates high attention to detail. Essential Functions: 1. Collects, maintains and analyzes quality-related data to identify trends and conditions that may negatively impact the quality of the product. 2. Performs inspection of incoming material and works with personnel to identify; isolate and trouble shoot quality related concerns. 3. Performs thorough inspection of all material prior to machine start up and between changeovers. 4. Assists the production lines as the Quality Assurance resource for all issues pertaining to the quality of the product. 5. Documents and implements methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection. 6. Reports quality issues, trends and losses to management. 7. Maintains all quality records and documentation. 8. Sets up and maintains testing program for incoming raw materials including; routinely audit system for effectiveness 9. Reports on, documents and reviews product and material in quality assurance hold area. 10. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Marginal Functions: 1. Makes recommendations to stop productions based on quality or maintenance issues. 2. Continually checks product and process to ensure all specified requirements are met. 3. Assists in production line set up and during changeovers as needed. 4. Provides feedback to other line workers regarding Quality issues. 5. Strives for continuous improvements in production process.

2nd shift Quality Control for a Family-owned Company located in Hebron KY!!
