We are looking for: 

 

The Quality Lab Technician is responsible for analyzing raw material, in-process intermediate and finished products to meet quality specifications

 

 

We count on you for:

 

Perform a variety of laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products Maintain detailed documentation and data as a result of tests Contribute to the continuation of quality system AS9100 certification Participate in site safety, quality and operations improvement initiatives Providecommunications and coordination with appropriate site personnel as necessary to ensure safe and efficient operations Prepare, completing, updating and maintaining all reports, records, and documentation as assigned Adher to all safety standards, rules, procedures, and requirements while utilizing proper safety equipment, protective devices, clothing and safe work habits and practices in performance of job duties Adher to all environmental practices, rules, standards and procedures requirements Handle hazardous waste in accordance with departmental procedures and regulatory requirements Adher to all site, company and regulatory standards, policies, rules, and requirements Operate and maintaining lab equipment and supplies Assist in instrument troubleshooting Assist in generating final product Certificates of Analysis for shipments Assist in maintaining laboratory supply inventory Assist in maintaining the sample retain store room Assist in inspection and acceptance of incoming raw materials Maintain housekeeping standards in work area Support a commitment to RC-14001 Responsible Care Perform other duties as needed

You will bring:

 

Associate’s degree in Chemistry 2 years of experience in a QC lab environment Fundamental understanding of chemical instrumentation Ability to speak and write in a manner that can easily be understood Good numerical reasoning and process problem solving skills Computer literacy Proven interpersonal and organizational skills

 

 

You will get:

 

Competitive salary and benefits package The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $XX to $XX per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
