Position: Quality Lab Technician

Location: Elkmont, AL

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products/services meet the established quality standards. You will conduct inspections, perform tests, and analyze data to identify and resolve any quality issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. Experience is preferred, but not required -- we will train!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine inspections of products/services to ensure compliance with quality standards.Conduct tests and measurements using various tools and equipment.Document and report findings, including any deviations or non-conformances.Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve quality issues.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality data.

Work Experience

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality control is a plus.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Lab experience (preferred, but not required)Previous veterinary experience (preferred, but not required)Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, documents)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively
