Job Title: Quality Lab Technician

Job Description

This is a quality lab technician role. The candidate will be working within a lab setting to ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance.

ResponsibilitiesCheck in process and finished productsPerform strength/tensile testing using appropriate toolsPrepare samples, load them into the GC (Gas Chromatography), and log resultsReview products for color standardsTest seal strength of productsDocument results of lab tests accurately and comprehensivelyEssential SkillsExperience in quality control or laboratory testing (industry experience preferred)Experience in fast-paced environments such as production, manufacturing, or food serviceKnowledge of chemistry and Gas Chromatography (GC)Associates degree OR high school diploma with relevant quality or laboratory experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with quality control or laboratory testing from academic settings is acceptableAbility to work well within a team-based environmentExperience working with films, foils, chemicals, and peelable solutions
