Quality Lab Technician

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician in Spanish Fork! Must have have Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Quality Lab Technician Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)The Quality Lab Technician tests raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Responsibilities include physical/microbiological testing, instrument maintenance, data recording/reporting, and additional tasks as needed.Perform routine and advanced lab testsMaintain accurate recordsFollow SOPs, GMPs, GLPs, and compliance regulations

Quality Lab Technician Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous experience with chromatography, analytical chemistry, ICP-MS, or microbiology is preferred.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a laboratory setting.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
