Job Description: The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting incoming and in-process quality acceptance testing. This role involves monitoring instruments and processes used in test procedures, compiling test data, reviewing test results, and updating the quality manager and production team on any quality issues. The technician will also participate in audits, complete non-conforming material reports, and conduct investigations. Responsibilities: + Conduct quality acceptance testing for incoming and in-process materials. + Monitor instruments and processes used in test procedures. + Compile test data and review test results. + Update the quality manager and production team with any quality issues. + Participate in audits and complete non-conforming material reports and investigations. + Test raw materials and mixes, including tensile, acetone, humidity, freezer, sieve, and hardness tests. + Perform dimensional inspections. + Collect samples of raw materials and mixes from the production area. Requirements: + 2-5 years of experience in quality lab testing. + Proficiency in lab testing and quality testing. + Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
