As the Quality Lab Chemist I, you will be responsible for supporting key benchwork activities in a high throughput production-style laboratory. The Kalamazoo Site follows ISO 13485:2016, 21 CFR 820, 210, & 211 regulations. The focus of this position is to learn and perform lab techniques including but not limited to titrations, UV/Vis, GC, pH, RI, specific gravity dilutions, and histochemistry.

Location: This is an onsite position based out of our Kalamazoo, MI facility.

Perform lab analysis under supervision as well as independentlyAnalyze testing dataSupport Document Control system through proper documentation compliant with ISO 13485 and Epredia requirementsPrepare standardsCalibrate instrumentationCollaborate with staff to meet goals among shifting prioritiesRaw material approval

What you need for success:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or similarProficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Minimum of 1-year laboratory and data collection experience, 3+ years of experience with an Associate's degree.
