Quality Lead IT PM
Our client, a leading company in the IT industry, is seeking a Quality Lead | IT PM to join their team. As a Quality Lead | IT PM, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, leadership skills, cross-team coordination, great communication, and be self-driven and self-motivated, committed to delivering results on time. ADO experience and SAP knowledge are a plus. **Job Title:** Quality Lead | IT PM **Location:** Grand Rapids, MI **Pay Range:** Competitive salary based on experience **What's the Job?** + Take ownership to ensure the test deliverables are met to company standards, quality practices, and end-user requirements + Coordinate project teams and cross teams to build test scenarios, test cases, test data, and other quality-related deliverables + Facilitate the development of test strategies, test scenarios for Product Teams + Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans with input from developers, analysts, and process experts + Take ownership to facilitate and coordinate test execution with project team and across multiple project teams + Take ownership to coordinate cross-team test execution and make sure test progress is made on a day-to-day basis + Coordinate and facilitate the bug life cycle to remove blockers promptly during test coordination + Take ownership in creating test reports to project team members, project leaders, and sponsors + Working closely with other team members to continuously improve and adjust standards and practices + Partner with Automation Specialists to deliver automated testing strategies and test scripts for Product Teams + Advocating the quality and automation mindset, including DevOps principles of CI/CD + Coaching and educating Product Teams on software quality best practices and standards, both in Agile and Waterfall lifecycle projects + Embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methods to improve software quality **What's Needed?** + Undergraduate degree + At least 5 years of experience in leading major projects and programs + Testing background is preferred + Project Management experience + Leadership + Cross-team coordination + Great communication + Self-driven and self-motivated + Committed to delivering results on time + ADO experience + SAP knowledge is a plus + Technical Components of the position include such tools and technologies as MS Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, Service Now, SAP, Web Technologies, Microsoft Office suite, etc. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a leading company in the IT industry + Competitive salary based on experience + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) plan with company match + Paid time off and holidays If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
