**Job Summary**
Adecco is currently looking to hire a **Quality Lead** who oversees the inspection of purchased components, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet or exceed established quality standards. This role involves accurately documenting inspection and testing results, resolving quality issues in collaboration with the Quality Manager, and providing leadership, coaching, and training to the quality team and other departments as needed. The shift Is Monday-Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm. The pay is set $19.00 an hour, if you are interested in this position, go ahead and apply now!!
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparators, and plug/thread gauges.
+ Interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering specifications, and routing sheets to verify parts meet specified tolerances and quality criteria.
+ Complete and maintain accurate, up-to-date quality documentation and records.
+ Collaborate with the Quality Manager to address quality issues, update procedures, and develop inspection protocols and checklists.
+ Train team members on quality standards, inspection processes, and proper tool usage.
+ Serve as a backup for the Quality Manager when needed.

**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in basic computer and math skills.
+ Familiarity with measuring tools, including calipers, gauges, and meters.
+ Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
**Preferred**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
+ Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role.
+ Proven ability to develop standards, procedures, and best practices for quality assurance.
+ Experience training employees on quality standards and processes.
+ Certifications such as ASQ or APICS.
**Physical Requirements**
This position involves medium work, requiring:
+ **Frequent (1/3 to 2/3 of the time):**
+ Reaching, handling, grasping, and fine motor skills.
+ Near vision clarity within 20 inches.
+ **Occasional (up to 1/3 of the time):**
+ Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and perceiving textures or attributes by touch.
+ Speaking, hearing, judging distances, and adjusting vision for sharp focus or color differentiation.
Strength level includes lifting or exerting:
+ **Occasionally:** 20-50 pounds.
+ **Frequently:** 10-25 pounds.
+ **Constantly:** Up to 10 pounds.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
