Complete Description:  One developer with 10 + years of experience in the following:  Edit• Expert proficiency developing, implementing and executing data-driven or keyword driven testing frameworks using testing tools like Selenium, Coded UI Test (CUIT), Quality Test Professional (QTP), etc to facilitate test automation• Expert proficiency in developing, planning, implementing and executing testing strategies, plans, methodologies and frameworks in support of Agile development• Demonstrated ability to advise, direct, train and evaluate staff• Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to develop and execute test plans/strategies• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement and execute custom automation/manual testing frameworks• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++, .net and C#
